The music of the Frankfurt band AYEFORE reflects the social bonds and tensions characteristic of this multicultural metropolis. In particular, they weave Turkish melodies and rhythms into a peculiarly European brand of American guitar-rock, resulting in an effortless blend of what were previously assumed to be incompatible genres. Their songs do not come across as artificial nods to the ethno-cultural diversity in Frankfurt – the musicians think, feel and act interculturally. They were brought up that way, they live and breathe it.

AYEFORE released their first CD “Smoking Gum Evidence“ in 2008, causing quite a stir in Germany's underground scene.
German fanzine „Unclesally's“ wrote: „What this Frankfurt band delivers here is inspiring stuff indeed. AYEFORE's very first album is in a class of its own. With topnotch synthpsychedelia imported straight out of the '70s embedded in up-to-date Hard Rock, they carry on where Faith No More left off (at King for a Day). From seriously crazy to beautifully melodic, this quartett effortlessly masters the lot!“ (Rating: 10/10)

In the summer of the same year, AYEFORE delivered their first video, the title „My Diamond“, which topped the C-Tube charts for several weeks in succession. In October 2009 they released their second video „Words Fail“.

In October 2008, AYEFORE proved their live qualities on a 20-day tour of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, which lent credence to their reputation as a band to look out for. In over 80 concerts so far, AYEFORE have played support for BoysSetFire (USA) / Mono (JAP) / This Will Destroy You (USA) / Harmful (GER/USA, featuring Billy Gould from Faith no More). AYEFORE is currently working on their second album which they would like to release in 2010.

Der Sound von AYEFORE aus Frankfurt ist Ausdruck der Gegensätze und Spannungen des Meltingpots am Main. Ihre Musik bedient sich knallharter Rockgitarren und orientalischer Elemente, die in ihren Songs zu untrennbaren Einheiten verschmelzen. 2008 veröffentlichen AYEFORE ihre erste LP „Smoking Gum Evidence“, die deutschlandweit für Aufsehen in der Untergrundszene erregt.

Aus selbigem Album ausgekoppelt, veröffentlichen AYEFORE im Sommer gleichen Jahres ihr erstes Video „My Diamond“, das wochenlang die Spitze der c-Tube-Charts erobert. Im Herbst 2009 veröffentlichten sie ihr zweites Video "Words Fail", welches ebenfalls Platz1 der c-Tube charts belegte.

Im Oktober 2008 stellen AYEFORE ihre Livequalität auf einer 17-tägigen Tour durch Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz unter Beweis, die ihren Ruf als Geheimtip untermauert.
